Client Service

Our colleagues at the Client Service are at your disposal in person, on the telephone and in writing as well regarding questions about the protection of intellectual creations.

Our clients are welcome to come in in person during opening hours. It is not necessary to make an appointment; however, if you would like to make use of the services of the voluntary register of works or of simplified trademark filtering, we recommend that you arrive at least one hour before closing time.

We take phone calls during working hours.

We answer e-mails usually within 5 days. If we cannot meet this deadline because of the nature of the question or for any other reason, you will be informed.
